The BS7 postcode is very popular with buy to let investors.  It offers a wide range of properties for all types of landlord.  The only problem is, that as it has become increasingly popular prices have risen making finding a good BtL investment increasingly tricky to find.  But fear not for I have found a property that I feel gives the BtL investor a decent return in the current market.
