Welcome to the first blog from Accommodation Unlimited.  The aim of this blog is to provide you with information and maybe entertainment, infotainment  if you will.  We welcome your feedback and hope that this will become a forum for anyone involved in or interested in letting and property management.

This week has been very busy.  We have had the highest number of visits to the website this year, the diary has been full of viewings and the viewings are turning into lets. However it's not all wine and roses, my golf gets worse despite playing more regularly, and don't even talk about my cricket prowess (or lack of!)

As Autumn creeps up on us, now is the time to start thinking about maintenance matters.  As sure as night follows day, this is the busiest period for failing central heating systems.  The shock of firing up the boiler is sometimes too much and the system breaks down, usually at the worst moment, so check the system now and get it serviced so it will be ready for the winter.  We can arrange a boiler service here call Sam on 9739394.
