Caring for Tenants

Letting rather than buying is, for many people, the preferred option. Over the course of the next 15 years, the letting market is set to grow by around 8 to 10%. The need to be mobile and the rise in single households are just two factors that contribute to the growth of the rental market. If renting is your preferred option, regardless of the size of the accommodation, you want to be sure that both the landlord and their managing agency take your tenancy seriously.

Taking letting seriously

We encourage landlords to prepare their homes or apartments for letting by repairing all the "idosyncratic characteristics" (not everyone falls for a leaky tap). We also make sure that all tenants have the security of a Legal Tenancy Agreement, protection for both tenant and landlord.

Our tried and tested tradesmen are on hand 24 hours a day for emergencies and most repairs are carried out within 48 hours. Many of our landlords respect our common-sense approach and give us authority to make decisions regarding routine repairs.

Because we carry out quarterly inspections on our properties, we can make sure everything is in good working order and that you have no unresolved problems. These visits are always booked in advance with the tenant.
