I/We agree to pay Accommodation Unlimited 35% + VAT of a full month's rent immediately upon acceptance of any accommodation provided by Accommodation Unlimited.
If you take a different property to one viewed, but from a landlord introduced to you by Accommodation Unlimited, then our fees become payable.
I/We understand that accommodation will be deemed to be unlet until the agency fee has been settled in full.

I/We undertake to verify the contents and all other relevant factors of any accommodation offered. Accommodation Unlimited intend to give a fair description of properties and their contents, but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
