Information for Overseas Landlords

For Landlords who live abroad our Full Management Service is recommended. If you will be regarded as non-UK resident for tax purposes, then you will need to apply to the Inland Revenue for Non-Resident Landlord status. They will issue authority for us to pay you rent without deducting tax. We do hold forms for this and will guide you through the whole process if required.

The Inland Revenue has a useful guide on the Non-resident Landlords Scheme.

We have a number of Landlords who live abroad and find that the use of the Internet and E-mail has made contacting them so much easier. We regularly advise Landlords that successful re-lets, property inspections etc have occurred using e-mail with many of them opting to have us pay the rents direct into their accounts by BACS.
