Lonely at the Top

As Mark and Nigel take on more responsibility as branch managers, my previous role as interferer in chief is now redundant, and I have to take on a new role as THE BOSS.

This new role involves me working on the business not in the business, and for the first time since we started we have set goals and strategies to achieve those goals. I no longer do viewings or valuations but look at the bigger picture. But I miss doing viewings, so it was a pleasure last night when Mark asked me to conduct a viewing in Clifton as he was double booked.

It was a fantastic, large 2 bed flat just off Whiteladies Rd, and it felt lke old times again. I pointed out the space, the quality of the property and what value it was, and guess what? I let it.

It's good to know that I've still got it.
